For one minute,
Just stay still
Relax any tension
Embrace the quietness
Let everything go

For one minute,
Realize the small space
In the universe, your life takes
Do you see how tiny
Your worries are meant to be

For one minute,
Feel your emotions
Breathe in
Let them be
Breathe out

For one minute,
Take a trip into space and look at the Earth
Can you see how since your birth
That feeling of separation
Was simply an illusion

For one minute,
Witness your thoughts
Don’t let them get any traction
Simply observe them
As if they were not yours

But your beliefs aside
But your fears aside
Drop your analyses
Look at life as it is
